„TB Sheets“ is a nine and a half minute psychedelic R’n’B opus. Irish lyricist Van Morrison narrates the true story about a girl with whom he once lived suffering from tuberculoses. It’s a slow burn of a song. A slinky lead guitar slides over a constant beat and atmospheric organ which winds you up in a feverish, Otis Redding-style delirium. The song of first appeared on Van Morrison’s debut solo record, 1967’s Blowin‘ Your Mind.
